Jany Bello is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), IBA and the founder of Exceptional Minds ABA. With a deep-seated passion for working with children that began with an early ambition to be a pediatrician, Jany discovered her true calling in the science of Behavior Analysis during her undergraduate studies at Florida International University.As a behavior analyst, she specializes in providing services to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental delays, helping them learn socially significant skills to foster greater independence.Driven by a commitment to ethical and effective treatment, Jany founded Exceptional Minds ABA to counteract a pattern of inadequate training she observed in the field. Her organization is built on the principle of properly training providers to ensure they can deliver the highest standard of care. Originally from Havana, Cuba, Jany has made Miami her home since 1996 and is a proud mother to three children. Her work is not just a career but a mission to bring genuine service and help to the families and individuals she supports.
