Jany Bello is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the visionary behind Exceptional Minds ABA. With a deep-seated passion for working with children that began with an early ambition to be a pediatrician, Jany discovered her true calling in the science of Behavior Analysis during her undergraduate studies at Florida International University.Driven by a commitment to ethical and effective treatment, Jany founded Exceptional Minds to counteract a pattern of inadequate provider training she observed in the field. Her organization is built on the principle of properly training practitioners to ensure they can deliver the highest standard of care. Originally from Havana, Cuba, Jany has made Miami her home since 1996 and is a proud mother to twin boys. Her work is not just a career but a mission to bring genuine service and help to the families and individuals she supports.
